Problem

Wayne Dalton manufactures industrial and commercial garage doors. Dealers and buyers alike perceived Wayne Dalton’s product as a more expensive, less effective door. To combat this problem, Wayne-Dalton came to Whitemyer for help. We initiated an extensive research project among door dealers, commercial specifiers, and architects before designing any literature.

Solution

With statistics to back our decisions, we developed brochures for all 28 of their commercial products with the sell copy tightly wrapped into each product.

Impression

Commercial website redesign enabled Wayne Dalton to monitor its traffic. Within a few months, they increased customers and maintained steady web traffic from new users.
