Commission Requests

How do I order a commission?

He always accepts commissions. Due to his busy schedule, please allow 6-12 months for completion. Please fill out the contact form in the contact us page with the SUBJECT titled “COMMISSIONS”. To help speed up the process, please include the following information: number of characters; name of the character(s); whether you want a fully rendered background; and are you interested in having the artwork in pencil, inks, markers, or digitally colored? These are just a few common questions he will likely ask, we just thought it may help you in thinking about what you want him to draw.

How may I get on a pre-show commission list?

Use the contact form with the SUBJECT titled “PRESHOW COMMISSION LIST” and describe what event you are attending and we can see if he is able to fit you into his schedule.

Can I get your approval to have one of your drawings done as a tattoo or a mural?

Utilizing artwork of Chris Ehnot for merchandising, mass-production or and reproduction of his art is strictly prohibited. Single reproductions for the purpose of a tattoo or a mural is acceptable. Please contact us via the form on the contact page for all inquires about the subject and purpose.

Autographs and Dedications

Are signed product a stamp or a pre-printed signature?

No. Chris signs everything he sells by hand before they are packaged and shipped out for delivery.

Does Chris charge for his autograph?

No. If you are a collector and have more than a dozen items to have him sign he would likely ask that you donate to the HERO Initiative.

Can I have the product personalized/dedicated?

You certainly can. All you need to do is fill out the the contact form on this website with your request and title the SUBJECT “PERSONALIZED ORDER”. We will handle the rest.

 

Ordering and Shipping

Can I combine orders?

We currently do not offer this service after the order has been completed.

Will I receive a tracking number?

All orders will be issued a tracking number.

How long will payment process?

Payment with PayPal and/or a credit/debit card is processed immediately during checkout. Refunds, on the other hand take longer to process. Once you are notified of a refund processed by our team, it can take up to seven (7) days for the refund to be reflected by your financial institution.

How long will take for my order to be fulfilled?

Orders placed on chrisehnot.com online store are processed in the approximate order they are received. You will receive a notification when your order has been received, and another email with tracking information when the items are ready to ship.

  • Pre-orders are fulfilled within 14-21 business days from the launch date on the product page. Any changes to the launch date will be communicated to you via an email update.
  • In-stock orders (regular orders) are fulfilled within 14-21 business days from the date the order is placed.
  • Mixed Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship with the pre-order fulfillment schedule.
  • Limited Edition prints are made to order and will take a few extra days to ship.

My cart contained products, but my order didn’t process those items. Did I do something wrong?

No. Generally, items are pulled from inventory numbers once the checkout is complete. The cart does not “reserve” or “hold” your item. Another customer may have purchased that same item before you finished the order.

Why was my order cancelled?

We reserve the right to cancel orders if: we do not receive payment (this is an automated process); the product purchase is no longer available; the order is suspected to be fraudulent; the customer placing the order has previous fraudulent transactions. All canceled orders are refunded to the method of payment provided during the checkout.

Missing a package?

Contact your local post office or postal carrier first with your tracking information. They should be able to help you out with most, if not all of your problems or concerns. If you have contacted your postal carrier and/or local post office and they are unable to assist you in this matter, please contact us. Undelivered packaged are returned to us. Due to this process, it may take a few weeks, if not more than a month to receive said product in order to notify the customer. Please notify us if your missing order within 30 days the order has been processed and shipped. Any request regarding missing packages sent after the aforementioned dates may be flagged for USPS tracking number fraud and may result in your customer account being suspended following our investigation. Each request is assessed individually.

Do you re-ship a package?

We ship orders to the shipping address provided on the order. If the address you provided is incorrect or undeliverable, and we re-ship the package, we will charge you for re-shipment. Please make sure that the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order is complete, correct, and deliverable.

How long will delivery take after my order has shipped?

Domestic orders are shipped USPS priority mail and may take 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, which can typically take two to four weeks.

How are your prints and posters shipped?

We typically ship our 11″ x 17″ and 13″ x 19″ prints flat. Posters larger than 13″ x19″ are rolled and shipped in a 24″ tube.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally by USPS International First Class Mail. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks through the carrier.
